Why Hera exists

The day is already full. Web leads keep coming anyway.

Tuesday, 9:40 am. A web lead comes in. Someone catches it between two files and replies within ten minutes: perfect. The customer writes back at 11:15. By then, the advisor is with a couple in the showroom.

It's the rest of the day that decides. Follow-ups, file notes, prep orders, calls to return, the lot to clear of snow, and above all customers to meet to sell vehicles. The list is long, and it always comes before the screen.

Handling web leads takes time, consistency and, above all, patience. You repeat the same information, you follow up, and the customer eventually stops answering. A lot of effort for little result.

Hera was designed with this in mind. It takes on that part of the work so your team can focus on high-value tasks, without your quality of service suffering.

What the agent does

Four moments where Hera takes over

Each one rolls out separately, at your pace. Behind the scenes, it's always the same agent: it recognizes the customer, no matter which door the conversation comes through.

Leads coming in from your website

A form filled out at 10 pm gets an answer at 10 pm. Hera qualifies the request, confirms the vehicle's availability, offers test-drive slots and creates the appointment in the CRM. The advisor opens an already-warm file the next morning.

Re-engaging visitors who didn't buy

They came, they test drove, they left to think it over. Most are never called back. Hera reconnects with the context of their visit: the model they tried, what was holding them back. Then it puts the advisor back in the loop as soon as there's a sign of interest.

Post-visit satisfaction follow-up

One simple question, sent at the right time, in your dealership's tone. Happy customers are directed to a public review. Disappointed customers land directly with a manager, before publishing anything.

Renewal management

Hera watches the lease-ends and warranty-ends across your portfolio, then opens the conversation before the customer starts shopping elsewhere. The advisor picks up the file with the options already on the table.

What really changes

Hera doesn't manage leads. It manages people.

A web lead in March. A dealership visit in April. A second request in June, on another model. A purchase in July. A call in November. Your CRM sees five entries. Hera sees one person.

Wherever the information lives in your CRM, Hera understands it and ties it to the right customer. No more duplicates: a web lead followed by a walk-in is the same file, and the communication strategy adapts instead of starting over.

It remembers preferences, previous conversations and the in-store journey. It doesn't just auto-reply: it grows within your team.

Your rules, your tone

The agent reflects you, and you stay in control

No need to be a prompt expert to get an agent that talks like your team. You describe your dealership in plain language, Hera proposes the configuration, and you confirm.

You also decide on follow-ups: which ones go out, at what pace, until when. Every change is shown in plain terms before it's applied, and everything can be paused in one click.

01The tone, the words, the limits: in your image.
02You can step into the conversation at any time.

Frequently asked questions

The questions we get asked most often

If yours isn't here, write to us. We answer with short answers.

Does the customer know they're talking to an AI?+

Conversations are natural and very similar to those a member of your team could have. If the customer explicitly asks, yes, they will be told. And if they want to talk to someone, the conversation is transferred immediately.

Does it replace my advisors?+

No. Hera does what nobody has time to do: answer when the team is busy, revive dormant files, keep the thread going for months. As soon as a customer shows real intent, the file goes to the advisor. Hera optimizes their work and lets them focus on the actions that pay. The goal is to bring the two humans closer, not to remove one.

Who controls what gets sent?+

You do. You choose the active follow-ups, their pace and their tone. Any configuration change proposed by Hera is shown in plain terms and waits for your confirmation. Everything can be paused, per customer or for the whole dealership.

Do I have control over the prompt?+

The short answer is yes, you can write your own prompts. It's important to know, though, that prompt writing has become an art. We're always optimizing our models to ensure the best possible quality. You still keep the ability to customize it.

What happens if the customer replies?+

The follow-up sequence stops. Hera processes the reply, understands the intent, and creates the task or the appointment in your CRM for the right advisor. A customer who is talking is never chased by an automation in parallel.

How does it connect to my CRM?+

Through existing integrations: Activix, PBS, SM360, D2C. We handle the access requests with your vendors. Contacts, activities and appointments stay in your CRM.

How long does installation take?+

Generally 24 hours after the connections with your web and CRM vendors are finalized. We then schedule a one-hour meeting with your management team for personalization, followed by another hour with your sales force.

What about compliance, data, Law 25?+

Your customers' data remains yours. Consent withdrawal requests are handled automatically and propagated to your CRM. A CISO oversees our security practices, and we can answer a compliance questionnaire from your group. Governance features frame the agent's decisions.

Am I ready to bring AI into my dealership?

Eight questions and three minutes to find out. Or talk to us directly: we look at your situation and tell you frankly what it would do for you.
