One platform. Your advisors on one side, your customers on the other.

Hera isn't a stack of tools to assemble. It's an agent that lives in your dealership, that you configure without writing code, and that your team joins where they already work: their phone, their CRM, their browser.

Mobile app

The advisor opens their phone and sees what's waiting: customers who expressed an intent, today's appointments, ongoing conversations. They reply in two taps, or let the agent carry on.

  • The day's intent list: what the customer wants, in which category, for when.
  • Reply, or mark handled without replying when the call already happened.
  • The complete customer file: messages, intents, activities, history.
  • Write a whisper or schedule it for later, straight from the phone.

CRM extension

For advisors who live in the CRM all day. The extension layers the Hera context on top of the customer file, in the same tab: nobody has to switch tools or learn a second interface.

  • The history of Hera exchanges next to the CRM file.
  • Send a whisper without leaving the file.
  • Compatible with the CRMs you already use.

Configuration panel

The place where a manager decides how the agent behaves. You write in plain language, not prompts: you describe your dealership, Hera proposes the configuration, you confirm before it's applied.

  • Business hours, tone, limits, follow-up windows.
  • Every proposed change is shown in plain terms before being applied.
  • Instant pause, per customer or for the whole dealership.

Analytics

What the agent did, and what it produced. Volumes, median lifecycle times, response rate by channel, and the hours when demand actually arrives.

  • Overview: customers handled, appointments booked, sales and time saved.
  • Peak hours: incoming communications by day and by hour, over 24 h.
  • The detail by intent, by advisor, and by model and source.

Track system

A track is a follow-up cadence you customize: how many messages, at what interval, with what goal. You create as many as you have situations, and each customer enters the one that matches theirs.

  • A different cadence by originating form, customer type, vehicle, division.
  • You see the full sequence before activating it.
  • The customer replies: they exit the track, an advisor takes over.

Purchase cycle

Each customer occupies a stage of their journey with you: new request, visit without purchase, delivery, service, warranty end, lease end. Hera moves them when their situation changes and picks the follow-up that fits the stage, not a mailing list.

  • A view of the full portfolio, not just active files.
  • A single customer never receives two follow-ups in parallel.

Fixed or generative follow-up

Two ways to write the messages, your choice, track by track. In fixed mode, your messages go out word for word, approved in advance. In generative mode, the agent writes from the customer's context while respecting your rules.

  • Fixed for sensitive or legal communications.
  • Generative when each customer deserves their own wording.

SMS and email communication

One conversation thread, two channels. Hera picks the channel based on the customer's preferences and the urgency of the message, or you set the channel. Exchanges stay visible in your CRM like any other activity.

  • French and English, based on the customer's language.
  • Business hours and consent withdrawals respected.

Whisper at any time

You slip a piece of information to the agent mid-conversation, and it changes direction. The vehicle just sold, the customer already talked to a manager, a promotion is ending: you write it, Hera takes it into account in the next message. Right away, or at the moment you choose.

Specialized sub-agents

Behind the agent that talks to the customer, a series of specialists that each know a precise protocol. The main agent consults them when the question leaves its territory, rather than improvising an answer.

One agent per division

New and used don't talk the same way and don't follow the same customers. Each division has its agent: its tone, its tracks, its limits, its advisors.

  • New vehicle sales
  • Used vehicle sales

The best way to understand is to watch the agent work.

We show you the agent in action on a real dealership case, and you judge for yourself.
